Voices & Choices!

Election Day – Nov. 4th

At this leadHERship development workshop girls will practice exercise their leadership skills and learn the importance of using their voice to advocate for what they believe in and the impact and benefits of having roles of leadership in their community.

We will practice cooperation, listening, community action, persuasion and problem solving in age appropriate ways that are inclusive of members of all ages. Examples include:

-Playing games that help improve our communication and listen skills

-Ask girls to think about issues important to them such as friendships and create skits and posters to educate others

-Practice voting on topics such as where we order pizza and what topping we choose.

Taunton schools are closed for Election Day (Nov 4th) but Girls Inc. is open!

There is no need to be a member. Any girl ages 5-13 are welcome!

For just $35 for the day we provide childcare with quality and educational programming specific to inspiring girls to be strong, smart and bold!
