Meet Dr. Maura Rosenthal

Bridgewater State University
Dr. Rosenthal is a professor of Health and Kinesiology and the Acting Graduate Chair for Physical Education at Bridgewater State University. Her area of expertise is sociology of sport and her dissertation work was on women’s ice hockey. Dr. Rosenthal brings her skillset off campus to lead professional development workshops designed to bring leadership skills to the workplace. She was a collegiate soccer player and is an avid ice hockey player and hiker.
Maura is the President of the Board of Trustees of Girls Inc. of Taunton. She has been an active member and advocate since 2013.
Dr. Maura Rosenthal’s session will function as an open forum or discussion panel for women. Design Thinking encourages creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. This session creates a supportive environment where women can explore innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
